1. Sponsor

The Fish With TRF Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Tylers Reel Fishing LLC, c/o NFNT Outdoors, 1919 E Melissa Rd, Melissa, TX 75454 (“Sponsor”). NFNT Outdoors (“Participating Retailer”) is a participating retailer whose online store purchases earn entries as described below.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States, excluding Alaska, and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence if older, at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible.

The following people are not eligible to enter or win: (a) owners, officers, employees, and contractors of Sponsor and Participating Retailer; (b) Sponsor's brand partners and sponsors, including their owners and employees; and (c) the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their spouses) and household members of anyone in (a) or (b), whether or not related.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on November 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods are subject to the entry limit in Section 5.

A. Purchase Entry

Make a purchase at TylersReelFishing.com or NFNTOutdoors.com during the Entry Period to automatically receive one (1) entry for every whole five dollars ($5.00) of your order subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, handling, and sales tax. For example, a $24.00 subtotal earns four (4) entries. The name and email address on the order will be used as the entry information. Entries from both stores are combined into a single drawing. Orders must be completed within the Entry Period. Entries tied to orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded before the drawing will be voided. Purchasing items to obtain entries with the intent to return them is considered fraud and will result in disqualification.

B. Free Mail-In Entry

To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. boxes), email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3x5 inch card. Mail it in a separate, hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Tylers Reel Fishing LLC, Attn: Fish With TRF Sweepstakes, c/o NFNT Outdoors, 1919 E Melissa Rd, Melissa, TX 75454. Each properly completed card earns one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2026 and received no later than January 10, 2027. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, late, lost, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Entry Limit

Limit of two hundred (200) total entries per person during the Entry Period, regardless of entry method or combination of methods. Entries beyond this limit will be disregarded. Use of multiple names, email addresses, or accounts, or of automated or scripted means, to exceed the limit will result in disqualification of all of that person's entries. If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with it.

6. Drawing and Odds

On or about January 15, 2027, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period from both online stores and by mail. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor will also attempt to reach them by phone. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond and return a signed Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 within twenty-one (21) days of the first email notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to return the required documents on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, they will forfeit the prize. An alternate winner will then be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select up to two (2) alternates, after which the prize may go unawarded. A potential winner is not a winner until their eligibility has been verified by Sponsor.

8. Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a one (1) day fishing trip with Tyler of Tyler's Reel Fishing (the “Trip”). The Trip takes place in Texas or Minnesota. Location and dates are determined by Sponsor based on season and on the mutual availability of Tyler and the winner. The Trip must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner verification, or the prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize includes:

(a) Airfare: round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner only, from a major commercial airport near the winner's home to the Trip location, up to a maximum of $750. The winner pays any airfare cost above $750.
(b) Lodging: two (2) nights in a standard hotel room selected by Sponsor.
(c) Rental Car: if the winner flies, a standard or economy rental car for the duration of the Trip. The winner books and pays for the rental in their own name, and Sponsor reimburses the base rental cost and applicable taxes within fourteen (14) days of the rental being placed, after receiving a receipt. Optional insurance, upgrades, fuel service charges, tolls, and fines are not reimbursed. If the winner cannot obtain a rental car, Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the airport, hotel, and fishing location in place of the rental car.
(d) Fuel: if the winner flies, fuel reimbursement up to $50 total. If the winner chooses to drive from home instead of flying, fuel reimbursement up to $300 total, in place of airfare and rental car. Fuel is reimbursed after receiving receipts.
(e) Fishing Gear: all fishing equipment and tackle used on the Trip.

Not included: meals and beverages; any required fishing license (the winner is responsible for obtaining any license required for the Trip location); gratuities; travel insurance; ground transportation to and from the winner's home airport; and all other costs and expenses not specifically listed above.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000. The actual value may vary depending on departure location, travel dates, and fares. The winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the ARV.

9. Guest

The winner may bring one (1) guest on the Trip at the guest's or winner's own expense. Sponsor does not cover any travel, lodging, or other costs for a guest. A guest under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied for the entire Trip by their parent or legal guardian, who must sign the liability release on the minor's behalf. Any adult guest must sign the liability release before the Trip.

10. Rescheduling

If Sponsor must reschedule the Trip because of weather, unsafe conditions, or Tyler's schedule, Sponsor will cover reasonable travel change costs for the included prize elements. The winner may request one (1) reschedule, and Sponsor will cover reasonable change costs for that one request. Any additional reschedules requested by the winner are at the winner's expense. If the Trip cannot be completed within the twelve (12) month period because of the winner's unavailability, the prize will be forfeited.

11. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if necessary. Before the Trip, the winner and any guest must sign a liability release prepared by Sponsor. While on the Trip, they must follow all safety instructions from Sponsor, including wearing a personal flotation device when required. Sponsor may cancel the remaining part of the Trip if the winner or guest behaves in an unsafe or disruptive way. Any part of the prize that is not used is forfeited. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize.

12. Filming and Publicity

The Trip may be filmed and photographed for use on Sponsor's YouTube channel, social media accounts, website, and other media. The winner may choose not to appear on camera by notifying Sponsor in writing before the Trip. Regardless of that choice, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city, and state to announce the winner on any platform. Except where prohibited by law, the winner also agrees that any footage or photos in which they voluntarily appear may be used by Sponsor in any media, without further notice or compensation.

13. Releases and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Participating Retailer, Tyler, and their respective owners, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including travel and fishing activities. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures of any kind, or errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In that case, it may award the prize from the eligible entries received before the action was taken. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. To the extent permitted by law, any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering the Sweepstakes, and entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and attorneys' fees.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at tylersreelfishing.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrant information may be shared with Participating Retailer only as needed to administer the Sweepstakes.

16. General

Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. If marketing materials for the Sweepstakes conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

17. Winner's Name
