These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“you” or
“User”) and Tylers Reel Fishing (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”),
the operator of TylersReelFishing.com (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing,
subscribing to, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About the Site
TylersReelFishing.com publishes articles, videos, reviews,
and other content related to bass fishing, fishing gear, techniques, and the
outdoors. The Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes
only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. If you
are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal
guardian's permission to use the Site and to provide any personal information
(such as an email address). By using the Site, you represent and warrant that

from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws
principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the
email address below and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least
thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and the
Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or
relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration
administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer
Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Collin County, Texas,
or another mutually agreed location, and judgment on the award may be entered
in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
You and the Company agree that each may bring claims
against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a
plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not
preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking
injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect
intellectual property rights, or from bringing an individual action in
small-claims court.
17. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire
agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site.
Severability. If any provision is found
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision shall
not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without
our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without
restriction.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only
and do not affect interpretation.
